  Recently my mom was in ICU at Lee's Summit Hospital in critical condition. The length of my stay was unknown at the time of checking in. The staff was gracious to work with us on the room rate after we checked in. Several staff members showed compassion and concern about my mom's health status. Terrific management, great staff. The room was clean, beds were just right...not to soft, not too hard. The AC worked wonderfully. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but the water was clean and clear. The exercise room is small.
