Near the mall, excellent employees, clean, and good comfortable beds. Rooms a little small but breakfast in the morning was average. Swimming pool and hot tub closed when I arrived but the desk clerk offered to open them up but even I thought it was a little to late.

I arrived late at night and they were out of two queen room even thought I had a guaranteed arrival. Gave me a suite instead, so no problem. When entering room, found spills on the desk, microwave stand, & night stand. After finding the spills not cleaned, my daughter pulled back the sheets and we found a lot of long black hairs in both beds, and a small LIVE worm in one. I asked the desk clerk for another room. Only thing left were single queens. Since my daughter's team was staying there, I agreed. The next room had something on the sheets right under the pillows. I told the clerk no way I would to stay there and got another room at a hotel I knew would be clean. The final insult was that I found out they still charged me for the room! At least when I called to complain, the manager gladly refunded my money.

A few problems with check-in...first clerk tried to give us an occupied room (sorry lady!) he blamed it on computer error then he told us that the breakfast went until 11:00 which was check out time. We only found out after we let the kids swim for an hour that it had closed at 10:00. Found out later that it had been his first night so??? Hotel is out of the way if traveling I-90 (7 miles almost). Would stay again but wouldn't be first choice due to location. Booked for two Queens but I swear they were doubles. Rooms were comfortable, clean perfect for an overnight stay but too small for multiple nights.

A few problems with check-in...first clerk tried to give us an occupied room (sorry lady!) he blamed it on computer error then he told us that the breakfast went until 11:00 which was check out time. We only found out after we let the kids swim for an hour that it had closed at 10:00. Found out later that it had been his first night so??? Never stay again!!
10/15/2007Room reeked of smoke and bottom of shower door had mold and scum on it. staff sounded helpful when i spoke to them but they did nothing!!
