We have stayed her often during the past 10 years traveling between Nebraska and Jackson, Wyoming. Great water pressure in the showers. Comfortable beds (firm mattress.) Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient to I-80. We do not recommend the cafe at the adjacent truck stop. In July, 2007 we had ridiculously slow service, tables weren't bussed, etc. Our favorite place to eat is Rose's Lariat--the best Mexican food ever if you don't mind small quarters and a funky atmosphere!

The America's Best Hotel in Rawlins WY must have been a converted Bates Motel. It was a step down from anything I have ever stayed in before. Staff was surly, Rooms tiny, beds 3rd world, and breakfast was poor. iIt was easy to find for it was right next to the Interstate and the trucks used air brakes all night.
NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT ON A travel agency CITE. -
