  The hotel room had a terrible smell. when you turned off the light switch by the door, all of the electical outlets in the room stopped working. we paid for ...

  The hotel room had a terrible smell. When you turned off the light switch by the door, all of the electical outlets in the room stopped working. We paid for a movie, and it skipped the entire time. We called the front desk and they did nothing. Overall not a good experience. The hotel staff was not knowledgable about transportation to and from the hotel.
