- Exterior renovation will be conducted from 3/29/09 - 3/01/10 and will include replacement of rebars in columns, lanai tiling, and porte cochere work.
- The pool and jacuzzi will be closed from 9/25/09 - 12/21/09.

what a fun palce, our stay was great we had a full kitchen & the beds were so nice (I have back problems) they even offered an extra foam mat if i needed one, but did not. Its so close the beach each night we would hurry to get back to the Inn grab our wine & bread from the market & go sit & watch the sun set.. wow it was great. oh & each night when we returned to the room it was supper clean

Stayed in May 2009 during construction. Between the construction going on and bad economy the resort was not crowded at all which was nice. However, the construction did stir up the native cockroaches so we found a few in our kitchen. They did fumigate one day which put us out for a whole day but we were touring the island that day anyway. Found dead ones when we came back so it must have worked on the critters. Besides all this it was a great place to stay, very fun just to walk to Lahaina to eat, go to surf school and board rental next door (Goofy Foot) and hang out on beach. Make sure you get an ocean view with the lanai that is the only way to go in our opinion. Looking forward to going back. We did not have maid service for the week we were there but washer and dryer were very conveniently on our floor. Now that the cockaroaches are gone it would be a perfect pplace to stay!

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last 10 years and have really enjoyed my stay every time. The proximity to everything in Lahaina is amazing. Really nice to not have to have a rental car. I have stayed in kaanapali and much prefer staying at this hotel in Lahaina. Its quiet and cozy and would reccomend it to anyone visiting Maui.
