I recently stayed at the Four Seasons from June 16, 09 - June 22 09. I enjoyed my stay and was extremely impressed with the properties. However, I wish the bath rooms had a holder for my soap, shampoo etc. Also room services was ok, until the last few days when the housekeeper made our bed and totally forgot the change the sheets. How did I confirm this there was a dead insect on the sheets and she totally ingnored it. That particular day the bathroom also was not cleaned the same spots we left on the mirror and the bath was still there, and the floors was not cleaned. I guess she was upset there was no tip in the room. Patience is the virtue. X at the bar was extremely nice to me and my husband, the receptionists were pleasant and got back to us in a timely fashion. Overall I think Hotel four seasons will be my choice of stay whenever I visit Jamaica.

Hotel Four Seasons Kingston Jamaica was much more than I had expected. This hotel has great amenities. The pool area is incredibly inviting. This hotel made me feel relaxed. The staff was always available to help and never objected or fails to respond to my inquiries. The decor of the hotel also was very calming and enjoyable. Beautiful place.

Hotel Four Seasons Kingston Jamaica was much more than I had expected. This hotel has great amenities. The pool area is incredibly inviting. This hotel made me feel relaxed. The staff was always available to help and never objected or fails to respond to my inquiries. The decor of the hotel also was very calming and enjoyable. Beautiful place.

This place is a beauty from the grounds to the pools, to the internal public areas. Hotel Four Seasons pool view rooms have a great view and are very quiet. I will have a difficult time finding another place I want to stay on my trips to Jamaica

I absolutely recommend this hotel. It is a great place to stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and management are wonderful. The place is quiet and secured. I really love this place. We enjoyed the hotel itself, with spacious rooms and good pool view. Room service was excellent, and the staff went the extra mile to please us. The restaurant food was excellent. Will definitely come back.
