  Hotel was handy and quite adaquate. Not 5 star. Reception arranged tours, taxis, inexpensive van to airport and provided city information. Good, wide selection breakfast 7-10:30am provided. I would use this hotel againand am willing to provide futher information by e-mail.

  Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Some of the staff speaks english and it's location is good for getting around Santiago. We were able to walk to the central market and Bellavista during the day. We felt safe and were never threatened - Santiago can be a rough city, but mostly at night. Good places to eat are a cab ride from the hotel. Go out to the main street to flag a cab and have them run the meter.
