  the rudest staff. In 5 days there (unfortunately prepaid) the air conditioning, the phone and one of the two elevators didn't work. This was nothing compared to an afternoon clerk who continued to scream at us.

  Everything was excellent except the bath which was too small. other than that everything and everyone was great specially the location which was in the heart of everything.
