Nice, large, clean rooms. Breakfast bar was a bit above average. One can find something to eat. Hotel workers were very helpful. If you need regular injections of good coffee, there is a Tim Horton's a couple blocks away!!

I checked into the hotel at 5 pm and many rooms on the 3rd floor still weren't clean, including mine. The 3rd floor is non -smoking and so was my room, however both the hallway and my room smelled like smoke. Lastly, the TV reception was bad. I won't stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful with directions and tips on where to meet a friend for brunch. I had two problems. The printer in the business center was out of ink all day Saturday and the manager did not know where to find another cartridge, so I was unable to print out my boarding pass. The tub mats were too small for the size of the tub, and I stepped off the mat when showering and fell. When I reported this to the staff at checkout, they did not suggest that I fill out an incident report and did not offer an apology on behalf of the hotel.
