I've been to this hotel before and am happy to report the road construction that had been going on in front of the hotel is finally complete and the hotel just finished renovating their guest rooms. The guest room came out great and are very slick. You really can't go wrong staying at this location.

Stayed here with a conference, who paid my accomodations. However, I would not spend the $$ for this hotel. They do not use fitted sheets; once you lay down on the bed, they are all rumpled up under you. The drapes in my room were torn. We never got the temperature right after three nights; it was constantly damp in the room, even the carpet felt damp to walk on. It took forever to get hot water in the shower; amenities were sporadically replaced (soap, etc.). Number of towels were never the same. (how do they keep track of this?) The best thing about the stay was the breakfast buffet--the lady who does eggs is an ""eggs-pert""!! Restaurant service was got terrific for the $$. This hotel needs an upgrade. Oh yes, and they charged my card as well for the room and all, even though it was being paid by someone else!!

This is the second time we stayed at the Wyndham and have no complaints. The hotel is right next to the Playhouse Theaters and convient to Jacobs Field as well. We skipped the valet parking and choose to self park for only $*00 just around the block. The rooms are newly renovated and very quiet, and the Front Desk staff treated us great.

I'm a Wyndham frequent guest, and I've stayed at this hotel many times. The front desk staff are occasionally slow and low-class, but usually professional. My ByRequest items are always ready for me in my room, just as I asked. It seems I often get a free room upgrade to a larger room/suite. I'm often motivated to return to this hotel upon my next visit to Cleveland.
