Stayed overnight at this Holiday Inn. Okay sort of place but definitely 60s to 70s style decor with wear and tear to match. Stayed in annex to side of hotel. The room was very humid all the time due to humid air blowing out in between a/c cycling times. The door to the bathroom would not shut without really forcing it due to the wood expanding in it from humidity. Room down the hall had room service. Plates and tray set in hallway from 8pm that night and were still setting in hallway the next morning. The manager's welcome on the first night was nice with very limited appetizers and drinks. Ate breakfast the next morning at Sunday brunch. Choice very limited but price was $....which was very expensive for not a whole lot of choices. The waitress was not very attentive at all. Spent most of her time talking on telephone at desk while I was there. Recomment that you find a local restaurant to eat more cheaply...there are plenty around. After checking in discovered that entry door in annex ""C"" could be opened all the time without your room key card....even though there was a sign saying you needed to use your room key for entrance. Very poor security. Overall I would give this hotel on a scale of 1-10 a 4.

The hotel has a nice garden atrium which was refreshing upon arrival. I have to say that the beds and linens in the room were quite comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The value for this property is very reasonable. Flank steak from restuarant was really good. I especially enjoyed the nightly manger's reception they had that was included with the price of the room. I would definately recommend this hotel and I will return to stay here again in the future.

Not up to usual Holiday Inn standards

room, hallway smelled musty or smoky. permerated all areas of where we stayed.

Lobby looked good but no service in resturant area at 7PM on a Sunday.
Lobby staff was friendly upon arrival but never was asked when leaving "How was your stay?" I would have said terrible. Lobby staff was too busy talking to each other to care about our needs. Pop machine broken. Most aspects of this Holiday Inn do not meet my expecations of exceptable standards and we would NEVER stay at this location again. -
Not worth the money
10/02/2006The hotel was recently renovated, but only the lobby. the rooms were small, dark, and old. i was given a room and with internet access was broken...instead of them ...
The hotel was recently renovated, but only the lobby. The rooms were small, dark, and old. I was given a room and with internet access was broken...instead of them bringing me the key to my new room...I had had to go aalllll the way back to the front desk. Very disappointed.
