  The courtesy shuttle took an hour to show up. When we complained to the front desk they apologized and gave us coupons for a free breakfast. The room was recently renovated and looked good--but--the rest of the hotel was deep into renovations so few amenities were available on site. The staff was very polite and helpful.

  All i can say about this hotel is used and abused! i try to look for a full service hotel for business travel and this seemed to fit the bill. ...

  All I can say about this hotel is used and abused! i try to look for a full service hotel for business travel and this seemed to fit the bill. The lobby is ok but could use serious updating. The rooms are terrible....old musty, in need of a good cleaning. There was actually a foot print on the wall next to the desk. I won't stay here again.
