  Front desk not helpful when asked to solve problems in room. restaurant expensive for the quality of food. bathroom so small you couldn't shut door without hitting the toilet. ...

  front desk not helpful when asked to solve problems in room. restaurant expensive for the quality of food. bathroom so small you couldn't shut door without hitting the toilet. sheets on bed kept coming off all night long but front desk they were the only sheets they had. would not stay again....maybe just one night but not several. the pool was nice...especially if you have kid.

  Didn't asked what type room preference we wanted and gave us a smoking room. pool closed first day. water shut off for period of time on last full day.

  As usual, holiday inn does what it always has for me. made me feel like i am a king. i will tell my friends, and will return.
