This was my second stay at Kensington Court. Quite a lovely hotel and very much enjoy the ambiance. Had not one, but two errors to my portfolio that caused a great deal of inconvience to me financially , however, they did take care of it the best they could. Things happen. It's not the mistakes that I will remember but the way management handeled the problem and took care of me. I will be back and I do highly recommend this hotel for an elegant, classy and comfortable stay. Thank you Jen and Abbey !!!

03/16/2009This place is gorgeous, and the staff was friendly and courteous. the fitness center was great, as well as the pool and sauna. i would recommend kensington to friends.

Stayed two nights, in town for a violin for my son. People were all friendly. Used pool (huge, warm, clean - with 9' deep end), room service (fast, friendly, hot, cheap, good quality and portion size), hot tub (just right temperature, clean). Room was nice, whole place was well-maintained and spotless, quite impressive. Big mall across street and lots of area restaurants. Definitely worth a stay! We were impressed most by immaculate tile area of pool, nice entry area and restaurant, staff that answered every question, free internet on three PC's in lobby so we never bothered with our own laptop.

I recently stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing that could have made my stay better would have been having a refrigerator & microwave in my room- I found out at check-out that they do offer rooms with those though. I'll definitely stay here again for my next trip to Ann Arbor and will recommend it to my friends!
