  The hotel and staff were very pleasant and very effecient! I came early and was given a room anyway! The only problem is that the walls are paper thin~~~ But, if that doesn't bother you, this hotel was wonderful!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Check in was quick, easy parking, very close to Hwy 5 and very easy access. The room for the two of us was very comfortable size and the bed was really great and extra comfy. I missed having a mini frige in our room. The hot tub late at night was very private and relaxing, though not all the jets seemed to be working right. The one side of the hot tub was not really hot enough. The steam room was also great.

  Not quite knowing what to expect i was pleasantly surprised. nice room. amenities were ample. staff was supportive. no question about using this place again!

  We have usally stayed downtown and decided to stay at the crowne plaza because we needed to do some tax free shopping and it put us near several shopping ares. ...

  We have usally stayed downtown and decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza because we needed to do some tax free shopping and it put us near several shopping ares. We had no idea what a great location it was, surrounded by many restuarant choices and very upscale. Loved the beds and room service was a wonderful indulgence the first night...and it was great...not what we expect from a hotel restuarant!
