When arrived XYZ , the best agent I've ever met greeted us and repeatedly went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The room and enitre property was beautifully appointed, and had very upscale furnishings. We were thre on Saturday so missed the evening reception that takes place on weekday evenings. The indoor pool & hot tub area was very nice, and well maintained. XYZ had many good suggestions on where to eat find treats for the kids, and when we had trouble with our van on a Sunday, she called around to find what we needed. THis H I Express was the best one we've stayed at!
