It may not have been the fanciest hotel around, but the staff was great and were very very accomodating. I appreciated greatly that there was a complimentary breakfast every morning and it was pretty good (there was always Denny's if you wanted something more) too. The thing that I liked the most was that this hotel offered complimentary shuttle service (within a 5 mile radius) to anywhere and this saved us from having to rent a car. Again, those that drove the shuttle (Charles) and the rest of the drivers were so friendly and helpful. I was traveling with two other friends and most of the drivers would always open up the door for us (when we got on and off the shuttle) and they would always pick us up within the time that they specified, we never had to wait very long. The room was in decent shape and for the price, it was what I had expected. And I am so glad that they had a washer and dryer onsite, so that we didn't have to take dirty clothes home. I would definetly stay at this hotel again, it was the perfect spot (not to far from the mall) and between Baltimore (to take the Metro train) and Washington DC (to take the MARC train). They did so many wonderful things for us that they did not have to do just to make our stay more pleasant and less stressful. So, kudos to the entire staff (front desk, drivers, kitchen, etc.) at the Holiday Inn Express in Hanover, Maryland;you made our trip to your state very enjoyable.

Well, The hotel was fairly clean, though a bit older in appearance. I went to use the in room coffee maker and there tea bags stuck in the water container, so I didn't use it. There are very few television channels, and the local stations are not on cable so they are fairly blurry. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. Honestly, I probally wouldn't stay there again because I like somewhere that is really clean and it just wasn't. Thanks

Breakfast was plentiful and rooms were adequate if you are looking from somewhere to rest your head at your night! Ideal Location for utilizing mass transit into Baltimore. We (along with rest of Red Sox Nation) did have to wait quite a while for complimentary shuttle service from BWI Light Rail Station back to hotel.

On arriving at the hotel on 6/6 we were advised that this hotel had a policy that if you were paying with a credit/debit card they would hold on your card an additional $ per night for incidental. This hold would be released within 10days after check out. I found this to be very deceptive. Anyone making reservations should be told this so you can decide if you are o.k with this policy. I was not but once i was there i had no options. Beware !!!!!!!!!!
