  My family and I only stayed 1 night at this place. We were woken up at 4am with something bitting us. Turned the light on and found BED BUGS!! I gathered a few up in a small tin and took it took the office. Flipped the tin over onto the counter and the man working the counter asked "what is that"? I told him Bed Bugs. He acted like it was nothing, wasn't a bit surprised. He said "oh we not have them here", I told him to come to the room and I would show him, They DO have them! He said he believed me and would not go to the room with me. He said that since our room was prepaid that there wasn't anything he could do but offer me $ I told him I would take it up with and Howard Johnson home office. He never once showed any sympathy for our problem. We left as soon as I got back to the room. This WAS a hotel that we were advertising for our event's host hotel!

  Bad!! tub cracked, rusty. shower handles corroded, loose. heater noisy. sheets worn thin. perhaps this is being remodeled into a hj, but it is not one now. false advertising!!
