Out standing hotel staff and friendliness. One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Neat and clean room with highest professinal service feel like HOME AWAY FROM HOME...Indoor heated sweeming pool with Hot spa is one of the best location attraction to stay again. Honesty from the staff was imagine. My wife lost her gold earing to somewhere in the hotel even she didn't knew that until we reached at home. Hotel Manager called and confirmed and sent it without charge..what a great service! I am recommonding every one please don't forget to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Cornelia, ga Thanks again for hotel staff and holiday inn brands..

Very friend and clean, can tell it's new or remodel,. I had one sf the suites with a spa very nice. Oh and since we slept late when we got up they were nice enough to give us danishes for breakfast. Wish more hotel could be like them.

I travel a lot, so I end up at a lot of different hotel. This one had great service they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Even though they weren't serving bacon that morning and mention to breakfast person I like bacon and she made some for me fresh. I will definetely stay their again.

THIS HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE USUAL HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, IT WAS OBVIOISLY A PREVIOUS ECONOMY BRAND HOTEL HALF WAY REDECORATED TO ASSUME THE HOILDAY INN EXPRESS NAME. I HAD MADE OUR RESERVATION ONLINE 2+ MONTHS INADVANCE, JUST TO CHECK IN AND FIND OUT THAT THE HOTEL HAS NO ELEVATOR, JUST A RAGGED PIECE OF SHEET ROCK WHERE THE ELEVATOR SHOULD BE. OUR ROOM WAS ON THE 2nd FLOOR, (NO ONE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE). THE RESERVATION WAS FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM AND WE WERE GIVEN ROOM WITH A NON SMOKING SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR JUST TO FIND IT SMELLING STRONGLY OF SMOKE AND A ASHTRAY AND MATCHES BY THE BED. THE DOOR HAD A BIG OPEN SPACE AROUND THE FRAME( DOOR DID NOT FIT WELL) YOU COULD SEE INTO THE HALLWAY. WHEN I CALLED THE G.M TO VOICE MY DISAPPOINTMENT I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE HOTEL AND ASKED IF THEY HAD A ELEVATOR ON SITE AND THEY COULD NOT PROMISE A NON SMOKING ROOM INADVANCE,SHE EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS A NEWLY RENOVATED PROPERTY.(GUESS THAT EXPLAINS THE NO ELEVATOR, ILL FITTING DOORS, AND STAINED CARPET IN THE HALLWAY, AND MARKS ON THE WALLS.) THE G.M. ACTED AS IF I WAS JUST A BOTHER TO HER AND LEFT ME WITH THE IMPRESSION THAT I COULD ALWAYS STAY ELSEWHERE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND TRIED THERE BEST TO HELP BUT THEY WERE SHORT HANDED WITH A FULL HOTEL. THE CLEANING CREW CAME RIGHT ON IN AT 8:00 AM SUNDAY MORNING TO WAKE US , GUESS THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE WE MADE IT DOWN FOR BREAKFAST. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH OUT KIDS AND JUST NEED A PLACE TO SLEEP ONE NIGHT IT'S OK JUST DON'T EXPECT THE USUAL HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS SERVICE OR CARE.
