When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room with 1 king size bed for 3 people. I called down to the desk and the clerk immedialy rectified the problem. She got us a room with 2 queen size beds. We were very pleased with how friendly she was and quickly she fixed the problem. It was a very clean hotel and very close to many attractions and places to eat with reasonable prices. The morning breakfast was really good and well serviced. If we visit Arlington again we would definately stay at this hotel.

We recently visited Arlington for a Rangers game. Originally, I had intended to booked another property, and instead booked this by mistake. However, it turned out to be just fine. The Arlington Parks Mall was directly across the street and driving to the venues was no more than 15 minutes. Traffic was much lighter in this area than the tourist-laden area. Moreover, there was an ample selection of nice dining at non-tourist prices in the vicinity of the hotel. I opted for the queen suite for the larger room and pullout sofa. It was very nice, except I thought it odd that the room designed to hold more than 2 adults had a small, single dresser. Nevertheless, the room was nice and clean. The lounge was clean and well run. Breakfast was orderly and each morning offered a different hot breakfast selection from the previous morning. Each afternoon from 5-7 there was a Happy Hour hosted by the property manager with complimentary drinks and beverages as well as light and heavy hors d'oeuvres. The pool was clean and comfortable. However, access was somewhat unusual. It became evident to me that the hotel added on additional rooms and subsequently the traditional access to the pool had to be moved. There was no direct (private) access to the pool from the hotel leaving it susceptible to non-guests. I had reservations about walking outside the property to get to the pool. Nevertheless, the sweltering summer heat (105) did not deter us from using the pool in the afternoons and evenings. Because of its easy access to the interstate and overall locale, we would most likely stay there again.

We called the day before arrival to confirm reservations since we would be in late. Go there at 6:00am. X and Y both confirmed our reservations and told us no problem checking in. When we got there a very rude and untrained maintenance man did not know what he was doing. Long story short...My family including three kids had no room. We went across to the Re Roof Inn and they were GREAT. Called the manager later that day and he was a joke!!!!
