  I enjoyed my stay, staff was great, although they kept promising me a hot breakfast with real fried eggs-never got it, Im sure upon my return in march or april they'll have that ready for me. room was clean as was bathroom and living room area. Alittle lax on having the proper cook wear for the room, but they did go get some new stuff which was good. I'll be back!!!

  Great place to stay - internet worked less than half the time - Business center was down even more. Double charged once by travelocity then by the hotel. Pool and hot tub where not filled or available. Staff was nice when you could understand them. Only good thing was coffee was available 24 hours a day.

  The hotel itself was slightly lacking:: the guest amenity book in the room was out of date and the television stations listed were wrong. Also, the restaurant that was in walking distance of the hotel was recently out of business, so you were stuck with the generic continental breakfast. However, the hotel offers a free ride within a 3 mile radius and the drivers were exceedingly accomodating and all around nice, genuine people. Actually, the friendliiness of the staff far outweighed any inconvenience caused by the other issues. Also, the bed was not overly comfortable, but the room was clean and the location was excellent. I enjoyed my stay!

  The room was moderately clean, the continental breakfast was good, and most of the desk staff were helpful. however, the a/c was noisy and disrupted our sleep. also, there ...

  The room was moderately clean, the continental breakfast was good, and most of the desk staff were helpful. However, the A/C was noisy and disrupted our sleep. Also, there was not enough hot water for everyone to take a shower. The hotel was conveniently located to Concord and the Alewife station, but I would not stay here again.

  This hotel, while in a good location, is falling apart and dirty. we found dried vomit on our toilet that had been there for days.
