  I would say the experience was pretty good overall. the kids loved the pool and hot tub. in the room the remote control didn't work and staff sent batteries ...

  I would say the experience was pretty good overall. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. In the room the remote control didn't work and staff sent batteries and a new remote that did work. They were very accomidating. The fan in the bathroom didn't work but we didn't want to switch rooms although they offered. Breakfast could have been better, but it was okay.
