We had a confirmation number for our reservations for both the 20th and 21st of June. The hotel did not honor our conformation on the 20thand at 10:00p.m. we were forced to look for another place to stay. On Saturday we chose to return to this hotel as we were with a group and the manager cancelled our reservations for Saturday. I have never seen anything like this before and would not recommend anyone to reserve a room at this hotel as it may or may not be honored.

This hotel?s good points are that it?s close to I-94, dining, and a mall; has a friendly and competent cleaning staff; and has a large lobby, heated indoor pool, and a small fitness room. Unfortunately, the bad points are an unfriendly and unwelcoming hotel manager, smoky hallways, the lack of an elevator, and a small dining area. The building is old and its age shows. The biggest complaint is our soccer team had a block of 14 rooms booked well in advance and secured with Visa. However, when families arrived several of these reserved rooms had been given away. To make matters worse, the hotel manager wasn?t upfront with information, helpful, apologetic, or customer-minded. I do not recommend this hotel to an individual or group.

My husband and I went on a weekend getaway and stayed here. It was a nice place and offered a great breakfast. It was also close to stores, restaurants and Gary Field's Comedy Club which we would highly recommend. We had a Great stay!!!
