We were a group of three families meeting together here, the staff was very helpful and nice about everything. Employees were polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a definate plus to start the day. Rooms and pool area were clean and well maintained. Each room had a refrigerator and microwave which was great also. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel June 29 through July 2, 2009. The front desk staff were not friendly and questioned any requests. The pool was too small for the number of people and the few pool chairs were quickly ""claimed"". Pool rules were totally ignored. The breakfast bar was satisfactory. The room was marginial in that the bed was uncomfortable and maid service was inconsistent. No hotel information was in the room. The beach was atrocious. Abandoned beach canopies, chairs, and floats were everywhere. The tide wrecked havoc with the above nightly. Spent about $700 on the hotel for 3 nights - what a rip! Could not recommend this hotel or area.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express on the Beach in Orange Beach, AL. . Room was very spacious and nice. Guest services was awesome and was available to help you with everything. Breakfast was o.k. poolside was great-but beach was awesome knowing you only had to walk a couple of yards to get to beach. Pricy but was worth it.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the heater in the pool had broken and nobody realized it until I said something about the pool being too cold to get into. They have staff cleaning the pool every morning but apparently nobody checks the temperature. It took another day for them to get it fixed and by the time it started warming up, our trip was over. That is not reason enough for me to not stay there again. Things happen. Our next trip to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores will include a stay there again.

This place was great for our four day getaway! Room was very nice, beds were comfy, and staff were wonderful! We kept our do not disturb sign up, only because we had so much stuff and we cleaned up after ourselves, and every night around 5 or 6 the executive housekeeper would call and make sure we didn't need anything before they all left for the night. It was right on the beach and close to everything. It seemed like we had unlimited hot water too. All four of us girls showered one right after the other and never ran out of hot water. The breakfast was very nice. I expected just cereal, muffins, and fruit, but they had cheese omelets biscuits and gravy sausage and the greatest cinnamon rolls!! The staff was quick to refill anything that was running low. I would defiantly stay here again, the price was great. We stayed in early march but it had perfect weather!!!! Well worth the drive for the weekend!!!
