we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds because a king bed room was not available at time of reservation. We requested a king if one became available (expecting they wouldn't really try to get us one), they not only got us a king room, it was at the same price and the staff was very friendly and helpfull with all our questions about area attractions and dining choices. The room was nice,clean and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great (eggs, sausage,biscuit and gravy, supper cinnamon rolls, fruit, juices, and many other items not normally found on a included motel breakfast. When in the area, I wouldn't choose any other motel. Our stay there was in Aug. 2008.

Great breakfast. The cinnamon rolls were awesome. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and so helpful. We had trouble getting our wireless internet to work the first night. But it ended up being a problem with our laptop. They suggested things to help us and places to go to get expert assistance. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean and convenient. We were able to walk to the outlet mall several times.

The staff was excellent, the motel was very clean with alot of nice aminities for the price. The location was great for us, right accross the street from the maul, movie theatre.
The continental breakfast was nice with someone there all the time making sure it was stocked up and fresh. -

Went to Osage Beach with a friend to go to a concert. I booked the hotel over a month in advance. I was looking for affordable, comfort and a location close to the concert, as well as shopping. The beds were soooo comfortable. The price was really right, and we were right across the street from the lots of shopping options. We ended up only 15 minutes from the concert and had a great time. The desk staff assisted with when we should leave to get to the concert venue, and she was correct! I would definitely stay here again. ;-)

We ended up staying here because the hotel we were supposed to stay at was a huge disappointment. We found the staff to be very customer oriented, the rooms were clean and the beds were great. It also cost much less than the other hotel. Even though this does not have a lake view, this was a better choice for the above mentioned reasons."
