  Good value for the money. Clean and quiet, not alot of amentities but everything that was expected. Decent continental plus breakfest. Convient to mall, easy walk. Stay away from Arriba mexican restuarant nearby.. HORRIBLE! overpriced, flat microbrews "home brewed", and lousy food.

  The pool was as warm as bath water. It was wonderful. The front desk clerk was a little rude when we wanted to buy some soda from the case up there, but other than that, it was a perfect stay. Great location, easy in and out. Close to all of our favorite restaurants.

  Booked online for Thanksgiving. Stayed 4 nights/5 days and upon arriving it was by far the EASIEST check in experiences ever! The room was very clean and housekeeping was very diligent taking care of that. I traveled with my 3 kids (single mom) and we all had a great time! My youngest (10) took a swim in the pool which was heated (it was rainy/coldish weather) and loved it. My 17 yr old son and 10 yr old made it for the CONTINENTAL breakfast which they LOVED! Fresh waffles and cereal it was great! WIll use this hotel again if I go to Phoenix without question.

  This was the 1st time I have stayed in a hotle at this level. I am used to better service. The Pay per View TV service was not working. I asked for it to be fixed 3 times and it never was fixed. Other that that, this hotel met my expectations. CLean, safe, and in a good location.
