I've just booked my third stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express, and have had great experiences at others as well. I come to the Twin Cities area fairly regularly, and this hotel is where I choose to stay each time. My family of 8 has a great time in the pool, enjoys the quality hot and continental breakfast, has a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds, and is a short drive to wherever we need to go. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is right, too! I highly recommend the Minnetonka Holiday Inn and Suites. If you have a big family like I do, request two adjoining rooms. They've been able to do this for me each time I stayed.

We stayed here on two nights while we were visiting friends and it was one of the best places we have EVER stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We had pizza one night and the delivery person forgot the plates and napkins. The person at the desk gave us napkins, plates, and milks for the kids! The pool area was very clean and the water warm. The room was very clean. I would stay here again.

There is simply nothing wrong with this hotel. From the time you enter the front door you can tell it's a cut above. I don't think you could find a better value for the price. It's easy to get to, and a pleasure to stay in.

This was a great deal with the internet-user rate, booking a week in advance. As a nurse, I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room (usually I'm a little phobic about hotel rooms). The staff were very helpful and seemed generally happy to be there. The business center was great since it had 2 computers with free high-speed internet and printers available. The continental breakfast was swarming with people in the morning, but they had adequate seating in the dining area. I would certainly stay there again!
