My family recently visited Jonesboro AR for my childrens ball tournament. The evening staff was VERY rude including the General Manager. This is not a very kid friendly hotel. The day staff was OK, but the evening staff was rude to me and also my children. I would not recommend this hotel and definately will not stay there again during another tournament.

I have stayed at this hotel three times in visiting Jonesboro on business. I was very satisfied with each stay. The rooms are large, clean, with all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast is fantastic, the eating area is a little small when everyone comes down for breakfast, but I've often taken my things up to my room to eat anyhow. The customer service is excellent. I asked for directions once, and was given a free map, and she spent 10 minutes helping me figure out where to go. She didn't have to do that, but everyone there seems to want to help you. On one stay, the shower didn't seem to be draining very well. I discovered the next day that I hadn't pulled the drain open all the way, after that it flowed out just fine. My fault, not theirs. The soaps, shampoo, and lotions all are nice. Would recommend.

Nothing but kind words for this hotel, their staff, food, and beverage. I would recommend for business or pleasure and would stay there again if I'm ever in the neighborhood. The room was very clean, house keeping responded promptly to my calls, desk staff were helpful and had nice smiles.

The elevator was not working and I had to carry all of my luggage to the top floor. I felt the help should have carried my bags to my room. Also, when I was trying to make reservations, I was suppose to get a certain discount and the woman was not honest with me about the amount of the discount. I had to call back 3 times before they got it right. The rooms were okay, nothing special. I thought the hotel was overpriced for what you got. I will not go back to this hotel.
