My company travels me 3 to 4 times out of the year. I did business in Jefferson City, and this is the hotel they selected for me. This hotel sits to the south of Jefferson City, in a good location. I checked in easily, and walked the long hall and down the stairs to my room. The staff was knowledeable, but that's it.They did not say I could park my car close to the entrance where my room was locatied. after working all day, it seemed like a long walk, even to the elevator. The hotel should make parking closer to the rooms, but they don't. The room is basic, with a bed that seemed firm and was clean. The room had a flat screen t.v. but the stations did not match the stations on the chart provided in the room. There is a desk, with a coffee maker, and a data entry cable. There was one outlet under the desk. I was easily able to access the internet from my laptop. The bathroom is small. Beside the bathroom is a tiny hallway with the refriegerator, and microwave. The microwave was clean. I don't think the refrigerator was turned on. There was a can of Coke, and a water bottle inside the refrigerator, compliments of the hotel. The room itself, if I based a review on it, would be a 4 star. At night, the room had a sound, about ever 30 minutes, of a vacuum cleaner. The people above me, were arguing, and I got an earful. I use earplugs, and am thankful I bought them. The vacuum cleaner sound never stopped. If I were to stay in Jefferson City, I'd choose a different hotel.
