  Cockroaches and spiders in the bathroom; floor was wet behind commode and bugs were coming in through hole in the wall. The wall beside the sink was spotted and dirty - needed cleaning. Furniture was rickety and needed replacing. Staff was unfriendly. Breakfast was just cereal and bagels - get there early if you want an English muffin. Public areas seemed dirty.
