Excellent Staff, very accomidating, knowledgable about the area and willing to assist the weary traveler. Hotel right off of the highway meant easy access daily as I traveled in the area. Room was very spacious and comfortable--basic but thorough and very clean.

Mean staff, room in disrepair

The staff was really rude especially the hotel manager. He got mad at me for a mistake they made. Not very personable. In the room the freezer door fell off every time you opened it. The phone cord that connected the receiver to the base unplugged every time you answered it. The room smelled old. I will say that the bed I slept on was very comfortable and the breakfast gal that stocked the breakfast bar was very nice and kept what they did have stocked. Oh by the way, there wasn't any cinnamon rolls!

Visit to Grandma
07/09/2006Very quick check in/out. great breakfast bar. always clean. great little pool and hot tub. will always stay here when visiting galesburg.
