The first room had no heat, the second room and third rooms had minimal heat (60 degrees). The air ducts were filthy. The rooms were clean. The employees nice and helpful. At 10:30pm, I checked out and went to another hotel that had rooms with heaters that worked properly. No woman should have to check out of a hotel in a strange city at 10:30 at night especially after she had packed up twice before moving to rooms with heating systems that were not working properly.

I tried on two occasions to make a reservation and the desk clerk told me she was to busy answering calls to talk with me. So Even though I wanted to stay there I was not afforded the opportunity. I stayed at a downtown motel was was treated great.
