The room was comfortable and the free breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast staff was attentive and the food was very good. Good value for the money. Price was a little higher than some other hotels we stayed at, but the room comfort and great breakfast made it worth the price. Would stay there again.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Salida was excellent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant both days of our stay. Check in/out was handled very efficiently and courteously. Our room was on the second floor and it was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was filled with the usual items such as cereal and bagels but they also provided eggs, biscuits and sausages. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
