  This was the first time I have ever traveled by myself. My husband always goes with me. This time he couldn't get off work, so I had to go by myself. This hotel was easy to find, right off the main road. The front desk was very friendly and found my information quickly. I don't know about the room service, I never ordered it. The front desk answered the phone quickly when I called to schedule a wake up call for the next morning. Overall the hotel felt very safe. Well lighted lobby and hallways at all times. I would deffinately stay here again.

  Our room was infested with fleas! The cleaning ladies didn't know what they were and some had never seen them until they saw 10-15 of them on my white feet & legs. They tried to put us in a different floor but when I went to check they had them there also. We checked out and they compt us a room at another 6 month new Holiday Inn. It was kind of a nightmare experience! Security was also questionable the hotel is right next to two other hotels that I'm sure were much less expensive considering the people that were partying by the doors and cars. I know I would never stay there again.

  The hotel was not very clean housekeeping was not the greatest, rooms were damp. Hotel was very noisy especially after 11pm. Very disappointed and will not stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
