We will look elsewhere the next time. Once the sofa bed was made out there was hardly any room to walk between the refrigerator/microwave. There was no vent in the bathroom and it was much too small for three adults and two children. The whirlpool had water all over the tile in the bathroom. The spa was out of order and the receptionist was not a lot of help. The breakfast was just so-so.

When we travel from Sedona to Ouray, it can be a tiring, boring stretch through the high desert. We both need good beds and clean surroundings to sleep well at night. Our stop over here was perfect for that with restaraunts and gas stations close by. Our truck with ATV on trailer attatched was safe in the parking lot and the pool was inside, away from desert duststorms. I can actually look forward to my stay in the middle of ""nowhere"" because of the Hampton Inn's predictable good quality in every area. I would reccomend this place highly.

This chain seems to be reasonably consistent in quality, hence the name. We stopped here after about 12 hours on the road to the west coast. The room was clean but the carpet felt a bit dirty. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was good, but the waffle maker was acting up.

All the front desk people were outstanding! Room service was prompt! The continental breakfast was better then most motels. The Manager was courteous and helpful. Our room was cleaned promptly and done to perfection. It was a very pleasant experience.
