  The overall actual stay was good. Continential breakfast had a good variety, friendly staff, except management. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Stayed two nights, pool is small but kept well. I had an issue with the billing, carried preauthorize charges for 7+ days on our accounts. Two people were preauthorized for the same suite. Customer service on managements part concerning the charges was horrible. If other arrangements were unavailable, would stay again but be very cautious about the charges. We have a physically challenged family member and this is the only hotel with suites that has an elevator to get to them.

  Stayed at this hotel and found it filthy! Hair in the bathroom floor not clean and used condom in the bed!! The staff was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them! Wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here!!
