  Upon arrival , we were given the wrong room. After negotiating, we were placed in another room. Once checked in we left to find food and fun. When we returned to our room the key did not work and we were not listed in the room. Bear in mind it was late we had been on the road for some hours. After placing a DO NOT DISTURB notice on the door, the next morning maid service still knocked, unlocked my door which was chained, awoke us and I had to yell twice no service see sign.
  Unfortunate series of events but I will will find other accomodations should I return to Memphis.

  This was the most reasonably priced room I could find in the area for a weekend night. I wasn't sure what to expect but we were pleased. The rooms were clean and nice. Huge bathrooms by hotel standards. The pool was dirty and the breakfast wasn't very good but overall it was a great value.

  The hotel has a good location to the casions. 3 min. drive from 6 of them. Rooms are nice inside, nothing special, but you're only pay $* per night. My only complaint was there was some random hairs in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly

  my husband and i planned a mini vacation to visit the casinos and unknowingly booked a room at the most awful hotel we had ever seen. we thought our vacation was ruined until we were lucky enough to find a room available at americas best value inn. they made us feel at home and helped us forget the nightmare we had encountered earlier that day.
