  Internet did not work, we notified the desk. Our room key cards were only activated the first day. On day two we got locked out and had to ask for them to be reactivated 5 floors down in the lobby! There were many children in the room above us and they stomped on the floor(our ceiling) until 230 am both nights!! We could hear a baby crying through the side walls of the room. When we brought items to the attention of the desk personnel they seemed less than motivated and uninterested and they did not apologize nor promise to take action on those items. Not pleased.

  Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke so the next day they said they would move us to another room. they moved us to a room with 2 double beds (instead ...

  Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke so the next day they said they would move us to another room. They moved us to a room with 2 double beds (instead of 1 queen) so we asked to be moved to a third room. We opened the door and the bed was unmade and the TV was on...the room had not been cleaned.
