We had the hardest time finding a hotel in the Quad Cities because we didn't know where they would be. We ended up at the Holiday Inn because it was the first one we saw! The rooms all connect onto an inner courtyard that has the pool and hallways in it. This made for quite a lot of noise late at night when children were playing loudly in the pool. The glass doors separating our room from the pool didn't block the sound! Also we could hear the people next to us through the wall. This hotel definitely needs more sound-proofing! The front desk called to make sure our stay was okay so far. I told them we were missing a towel, but they never sent another one up or made mention of it ever again. It seems strange to call to check if you won't do anything about it! The beds were comfortable, and everything was quite clean. Not sure if I'd stay here again because I didn't like the inner courtyard situation. It is convenient to have a restaurant right downstairs, though!

Rented two rooms both were clean but the airconditoners were old and needed replaced. The hotel lobby is very nice and updated but the hallways and the rooms are starting to show their age. The pool was very cold and you couldn't stay in it very long. The hot tub was luke warm but it was better than the pool.
The staff was very friendly and polite. I and others did tell them about the pool and hot tub and they said they would they would take care of it but it remained the same throughout our stay.
I would stay there again with my family but would stay out of the pool area. -

This was a horrible place to stay. I had two small children and a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs as they have no elevator. The shower dripped the hot tub was cold, the carpets here nasty. My daughters cheesburger bun had mold on it. I was given a free brownie for my child to make up for the mold. Try to find ANYWHERE else to stay

this hotel is one of the better hotels in the Quad Cities. Although the carpet is a little dirty in places, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant was good, and the location is great. I will definitely stay here every time I go to the Quad Cities
