This hotel was great! Very friendly staff and the location was perfect! Our room was clean when we returned every evening and that was nice. Fresh towels and clean linens. We didn't have any problems at all. The bar had great happy hour specials every evening. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone whom traveled to the New Jersey area. :)

07/29/2008It was a wonderful stay overall... the staff are all courteous, and helpful... our room is really, really clean, the bed is so comfortable... we are provided with a shuttle ...

I thought that this hotel was going to be perfect for our family vacation. It says that it is close to the train station for easy access to NYC. It is somewhat, if you consider 2 1/2 miles close. I figured it wouldn't be a problem since the website says that they have a free shuttle for anyplace within 5 miles. The shuttle was not available to us the entire trip. First they said it was because a convention was there, and then it was because it was the drivers break time...ummm from 10am to 3pm?? I know we were not the only ones having a problem with the shuttle. If we had known it was going to be such a pain to get around we would have rented a car. Again, we thought it wouldn't be a problem due to how it was portrayed on the website. The room was also not made up by the maid 2 different days. If you are not out of your room by 8 am don't expect anyone to clean it or make your bed. The bathtub was also flaking, and the bathroom door would not close all the way.
