Lousy Service

The room, beds and sheets were clean. The bathroom was not. Floor was dirty. Elevator was dirty. Frontdesk service was lousy: a guest just before me was not given key to his room and he had to come back for it. I was given the key but was not programmed and I too had to come back from the 3rd floor. I'd pre-paid and was told the credit card presented was not the correct one and thereafter told: "Oh yes, that is OK". ROOM SERVICE WAS TOTALLY LOUSY: I'd requested breakfast for 10AM for 4 persons. On follow-up got the breakfast at 11:15AM and guess what? It was for 2 persons i/o 4, and NOT what I'd ordered! I don't eat pork and was served eggs and bacon! Coffee was cold, No sugar sachets, No salt or pepper for the scrambled eggs! I stayed only because I'd already pre-paid for it.

Room was excellent. Large, clean, with internet access. We came in for the night to catch a show at the New England Dodge Music Center and needed a hotel located near the venue. This hotel was perfect for us. Located right off the highway, it was quiet, accessible, clean, and centrally located to a variety of places.
