1) No complimentary breakfast items. Staff explained to me the difference between their "courtesy" breakfast (which cost $* per person), and a "complimentary" breakfast (which they did not provide despite the higher room rates). I pointed out that their feature listing is misleading. 2) The worn-out heater woke us up every time it started during the night.., my wife, my daughter and myself.., every time. 3) The little coffee maker in the room (complimentary) was missing the on/off switch and the bare contacts under the switch were exposed. (It did start brewing however when a toothbrush handle was inserted into the empty switch hole.. ) 4) and last comment, we were put on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.., despite a low occupancy rate (judging from the near empty parking lot). It also seems that not much goes back into the upkeep of the minor details at this Holiday Inn. The positive comment is that there was a security guard patroling.

Bed was great, breakfast bar was good, dining room staff was helpful; however a 'free' glass of oj was $3.50; insects, of which there were several, had access to the room by going under the exterior door; front desk was NO HELP at all getting reservations cancelled or a receipt on checkout, when asked for a a receipt the clerk's statement was 'you'll need to do that online'.

We stayed in this hotel on Mar. 1,2009. It has an inside corridor and an outside door as well. Very convienent for setting up the room. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Dinner was good and the breakfast bar was outstanding. They make omelets to order and it is free. Would recomend to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel on Mar. 1,2009. It has an inside corridor and an outside door as well. Very convienent for setting up the room. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Dinner was good and the breakfast bar was outstanding. They make omelets to order and it is free. Would recomend to anyone.
