I stayed at this hotel twice within a 3 week period as I was passing through Tokyo on my way to and from northern Japan and would recommend it to anyone who needs to spend the night near Narita Airport. The free shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport is easy to find (as of this writing, it is Bus Stop #16 on the lower level of the airport). The hotel is a 5-10 minute drive, depending on traffic. You get off the bus and porters take care of bringing your luggage in. They will also bring it to your room. Check in and out was very smooth. The room I had in the West Wing was large with a large bathroom and, like most everything in Japan, impeccably clean. You'd never know a major airport was so close, the room was that quiet. I only ate breakfast there, so don't have much to say about the food, except that the breakfast was good, but nothing exciting. When the shuttle returns to the airport, there is a passport inspection, so be sure to have your passport readily available. Everything about this hotel made this jet-lagged traveller grateful to have booked a room there. In fact, I have already made reservations there for my next trip! (Although I did not have my kids along for this trip, I would recommend this for families with kids, as well as for business travellers.)

this hotel was a great find - we need to stay 1 night close to Narita airport occasionally- this is where we will stay in the future. The staff was very accommodating, polite and efficient. Check-in/out was quick, room was nice and clean with usual amenities. The only thing I could have wished for was to make the room cooler - the thermostat wouldn't adjust to below 24. Price was right!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Narita, staff spoke good english and answered all questions. They greet you and greet you farewell, i rarely syaed in my room as i was out haveing a great time as any 23 year old would do. great place. i am booking my next trip for japan in DEC and i am only going if this hotel has vacancy.

A 23 year old male going to japan for a vacation on my own. I work for a hotel in Honolulu Hawaii so i pretty much know what to expect. This Hotel exceeded all of my expecatations and beyond. staff was friendly and go out there way to help you. 10 days in that hotel and everyday i was pleased. Food was great, rooms great. money was not an issue as this was a vacation, your expected to spend money and they know that, so save your money and be a smart traveler! i am planning another trip to japan and holiday inn narita with no questions asked is my top choice to stay at.
