  I was visiting family in Pittsburgh and stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights. Great stay overall with no problems. Very close to nice restaurants and they have a great Bar and DJ on the property on the weekends. I got a free drink at the bar for being a Priority Club member. breakfast was great. I was surprised that I got a free bottle of wine and other goodies in my room. Will definitely come back.

  The sheets did not fit the bed. We were suppose to have a king size bed did not. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed asked for it to be changed and nobody did anything. Looked like they gave us a last minute room.

  I booked a non-smoking room. I arrived at the hotel at the wee hour of 1am. After a long trip, I walked into my room, only to smell the cigarette smoke. They put me in a smoking room. After they re-assigned me to a non-smoking room, it was room 819. Right next to the major highway. I had to endure loud noisy large trucks all night long. I didn't sleep at all. The next day when I asked for a room transfer on the other side of the building not abutt to Rte 376, they denied saying no vacancy. The room was clean, the food was good. But, a hotel is made for sleeping.
