Past reviews made me a little leary, but this hotel has gone through a major upgrade - all new stuff in the rooms and a lot of other remodeling had been done. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly at check in and check out. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

09/29/2007Well right now im using there buisness center upon awaiting arrivial to get into my room, but every 20 minutes or so that i go up to get my room ...
Well right now im using there buisness center upon awaiting arrivial to get into my room, but every 20 minutes or so that i go up to get my room they say, "oh its going to be another 20 minutes till your room is ready" and already we have been here to close to two hours after the given check in time. So next time that i come to lynchburg for a visit to my son for college family weekend, i will make sure that i go to a different hotel, as this has the worst customer service, and all around worst everything that i have seen in a very long time. So my suggestion to anybody that reads this, is to not to come here. You are better off sleeping in a tent outside. not even kidding
