  The pool was closed due to pieces of the sign falling and someone cut their foot in the pool. the room was nice, clean, and customer service was wonderful.

  Awesome staff Lindsey, Rebecca, Marlo, great location, beautiful clean rooms, breakfast there was great, can walk safely to nightlife in Historic Downtown Mobile or party up on level 17. And the next morning jog was very scenic, right by Spanish Plaza and the very funky City Admin. Bldg., and a decent fitness center on 3. Would definitely stay here again.

  Two friends and I stayed here prior to our cruise. The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and made you fell comfortable. The room was everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay again and refer other friends to do the same.

  This was a great hotel that went beyond our expectations for the price. Clean roomy rooms. Comfortable beds. Restaurant in the Lobby. Grand entrance lobby. Very friendly staff. Had to wait a few minutes to check in as there were guests checking in ahead of me with 6 rooms. The desk clerk apologized for the wait and offered us a cool drink on the house. (Love that Southern Hospitality!) A very enjoyable stay.
