The Hotel Stay was Great it was clean and organize no hassel the room was spacious and clean the queen size bed was big and comfortable the staff was kind and polite i did'nt order any of the food but it probly was gonna taste great to overall i had a great stay at the FOUR POINTS HOTEL.

I am a very frequent traveler. I never stay at anything other than a 3 star hotel or above. I chose this 3 star; hotel because it was close to the airport. I should have read the reviews first. I just thought the ;Sheraton&; is a good name known for good hotels. This hotel could not have been further from that. The hotel smelled heavily of smoke when you walked in the lobby. The carpet was heavily stained in our room. I wore white socks while in the room. They are now in the trash. They were so black, that bleaching them could not clean them. There was no hot water in the room. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and will Never stay here again.

My stay was ok. It was raining really bad that day and we were sitting in the bar to past the time, i looked down and there was water on the floor coming from the ceiling, that was uncalled for it should be fixed. The rooms wre ok i had to change rooms because the bathroom was not that clean. The next room i recieved was fine. The rooms were not that big, so if you are looking for a huge room you will not find it.

The hotel's van service runs every 30 minutes; you need to hussle to get onto the van if there are more individuals than the van carries, or you'll wait 30 minutes for the next bus and hope that no more people arrive. This hotel apears to be a favorite for the airlines' staff. We arrived in the early evening and our room was not ready; rooms were unavailable for several of the customers that were checking in. Further research indicated that the rooms were given to flight staff first; other customers were made to wait. Travel website did stand behind their guarantee to make things right; when I contacted Travelocity, the hotel immediately found a room for us. The room was okay, but felt unclean; the sheets appeared questionable, the room appeared to have some remodeling (paint), but the carpet was terrible (did not walk barefoot), the water pressure was extremely low, and staff were unprofessional.
