The air did't work, we had to settle for fans. When I asked the maintenance guy to fix the air, he said it works fine and held his temp guage by the vent. It read 61* yet when he held it in the middle of the room, it read 78*. but he still refused to do anything about it. Rooms were dirty and stained floor and furniture. The pool had a film on it. I would not walk barefoot in this place. Breakfast was a joke. Vents in room were covered in dust.

My experience in this hotel was awful. The room was dirty, our air conditioner broke and the response to fix it was not acceptable. Overall the hotel was dirty, smelly and gross. The continential breakfast was a joke - warm milk and not much else. I will never stay here again.

I was in the cities for training and unfortunatley someone else made my reservations. Your hotel was terrible...I asked for a non-smoking room but had to go to Target to buy air fresheners because the smoke smell was so bad. The lounge was dark and was a place where I DID NOT want to go. The parking lot was full of trash and just looked very depressing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone...it was an awful stay.
