  I would have rated the experience much higher if I was not forced to stay in a 'smoking' room. Why do hotels still have smoking rooms? When I opened the door to the room I was almost knocked over by the strong smell or cigarette smoke. Each time I returned to the room I had the same experience. I even went to a local store and bought some air freshener, but it did not help. When I got home I had to wash all of my clean clothes that had been fouled by the stench of smoke that permeated the room. While everything else about the hotel was just fine, the experience of having to stay in a smoking room ruined the night.

  All the hotels closer to Greenbay were sold out. This hotels was available via a package (air + hotel + car). The trip was great and the hotel very clean and pleasant and only 30 minutes to Green Bay. The rooms were nicely appointed and the staff were very nice.

  I thought the hotel was very clean and well kept. i have seen the gm yelling at more then one employee during my stay. i just feel that's rude ...

  Overall, a very nice hotel. the gm was yelling at one of the front desk clerks when we checked in. thought it was kind of rude.
