I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for a trip to New York. The first thing I have to say is that the staff was wonderful, they printed me directions to several businesses I had to visit, and had the shuttle ready for me when i dropped off my car at an off-airport car lot. ;Note to other travelers, if you're flying from Newark, make sure your car rental company has facilities at the airport, not near it. The restaurant was particularly impressive, much better than I expected at a Holiday Inn. Nice looking, great food, and most importantly, reasonable prices. The hotel rooms themselves were very clean, nicely set up, and unlike a lot of places, the Internet access was free and worked like a charm. All in all a great place that I will use again and am happy to recommend to anyone.

As we exited the NJ Tpke we encountered major hwy construction in the immediate area of our destination. At registration I was greeted by friendly associates. Access to our room was convenient to parking and our room was close to the outdoor pool(which we were able to enjoy). The room was extremely clean including the bathroom area. In addition to the customary small table and two chairs, the room was furnished with two comfortable upholstered chairs. Although we didn't use the microwave, we placed our leftovers from a delicious meal in the dining room in the mini fridge overnite. Last minute call to room service for bkfst was delivered promptly and provided a good start to a day marked by a military funeral. John and Ann Marie Marriott
